Barbara Deloris Willard, 84, passed away May 28, 2014 peacefully at Hazen Care Center with Steve Empey at her side while the family was at the funeral paying respect to her husband, Don. They are now reunited once again just days before their 65 th wedding anniversary. Barbara was born November 6, 1929 to Wilford and Myrtle Park Rushton.  She married Don C Willard on June 1, 1949. Barbara was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend.  Her number one priority in life was her family.  Barbara and Don enjoyed traveling with the Good Sam's and spending time at their property in Beaver Dam.  Her hobbies included:  collecting antiques from yard sales, her dolls, and bowling.  She loved her dog Misty, Elvis Presley and listening to Patsy Cline. She graduated from Cyprus High School in 1948. Survived by her children, Vickie (Steve) Empey, Sally (Jim) Jones, Jill Willard, and Robyn Lawrence; 23 grandchildren, 48 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild; three brothers, Joe (Connie) Rushton, Frank (Marilyn) Rushton, Boyd (Barbra) Rushton; one sister, Dee Anna Shelton. Preceded in death by her parents; brother, Norman; sister, Sheri; son, Brad Willard; and by 11 days her husband, Don.

Funeral services will be held Monday June 2, 2014, at noon at the LDS Ward House, 5065 West Janette Ave. (3965 So.) West Valley City, UT. Family and friends may visit Sunday June 1, 2014 from 6:00- 8:00 p.m. at Peels Funeral Home 8525 West Magna Main St., and Monday at 11:00-11:45 at the LDS Ward House, 5065 West Janette Ave. (3965 So.) West Valley City, UT.  Interment, Valley View Memorial Park.  The family wants to give a special thanks to everyone at the Hazen Care Center for the loving care they have given her for the past 7 years.
