Carolyn N. Forsythe Born March 13, 1963, passed away on June 20,2014. She came into this world fighting and was a fireball from the start . She had her own Harley and was a true biker chick. She enjoyed the outdoors fishing, hunting and hiking. She was a wife, mother and true friend. She lived her life on her terms and no one could change that. Once you met her you never forgot her she left a lasting impression.

She left two beautiful daughters Amber and Avontashia.  Three grandchildren, her mother Bonnie, brother John, and numerous friends she made along the way.

She will be missed but may she rest in peace she deserves the best.
