David Young

DAVID JOHN YOUNG

March 25th, 1964 - June 27th, 2021

David John Young passed away on Sunday June 27th, 2021 after losing his 7-year battle with colon cancer. He was surrounded by his family and closest friends in his home per his wishes. He joins his father, Leo Floyd Andrews and grandsons, Eli and Kael in heaven. David is remembered by his mother, Susan Leora Andrews; his wife, Sharon Davis; his children, Jason, Kori, Cody, Elizabeth, Shyanne, Alisha, Justin; 15 grandchildren; and brothers and sisters, Linda, Peggy, Joey, Sue, Junior, Elvis, and Dawn.

David’s favorite things to do were drink beer, live dangerously, go camping and fishing and above all work on his truck— a seemingly never-ending project. David was a ride-or-die kind of guy and if you needed something, he always had your back. Despite his constant struggles his heart was always in the right place.

David had a fearless nature, a love for living, and a sassy attitude that he passed on to all his children. He will be truly missed.
