Diana Ortiz

Diana Maxine Ortiz of Magna, Utah passed away on July 31, 2019. She was 34 years old.

After her battle with pulmonary heart condition our angle is flying high with the angels above with God’s open arms. She is free of all her pain and suffering.

Diana was born August 30, 1984 in Salt Lake City, Utah. She was married to Phil Gage later divorced. Diana then met Steve Ledbetter and they had a beautiful daughter, Mabel Maxine Ledbetter. Diana loved her family and friends. She lived life to the fullest it didn’t matter what came her way she lived today as if there were no tomorrow. More then anything else Mabel was her whole life.

Diana loved the mountains, staying home with her family. She was our angel on earth and now our guardian in heaven.

Diana is preceded in death by her Grandma, Mabel Suazo, Grandpa, Nace Roy Martinez, Granma, Betty Gean Barney Ortiz, Grandpa, Valdamor Moses Ortiz, Grandpa, Thomas N. Curtis.

She is survived by her daughter, Mabel, mother, Maxine Gage, father, Fred Ortiz, step-father, Kenneth Gage, brothers;  Fred Valdamore Ortiz,  Frankie Ortiz, step-sister, Hollie Marie (Anthony) Hochhaus, step-sister, Carrie Gage, Chad Martinez.

There will be a celebration of life August 10, 2019, 2 pm at 8265 Westbury Dr, Magna, Utah.

A special thanks to Dr. Lynette Brown, Dr. Elliott, Nurse Natelly and the staff at IMC for their love and support to our daughter. We love you and thank you all.
