DOROTHY RUSSON MARLOR
Dorothy Russon Marlor, 93, passed away 27 January 2014 at her home in Magna, UT. Dorothy was born 18 September 1920 in Lehi, UT to Ira R. and Martha Myrtle Devey Russon. She moved to Garfield at age 2 where she enjoyed a happy childhood with many friends. Dorothy moved to Magna, at age 12, and graduated from Cyprus High School. She married Donald "S" (Sammy) Marlor 18 September 1940; they enjoyed 54 years together. They both brought the love of music into their home. She loved to play the piano, crochet, and play with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Dorothy was true to her faith and very active in the LDS Church, where she served in many positions, with her heart always in Primary with the children. She was preceded in death by her sweetheart, Sammy; daughter, Maralee; her parents; and her sisters, Cleo Andersen, LaRae Woolley, and Beth Erickson. She is survived by her children, Don (Lynn), Carol Williams, Paul, and Michelle (Bruce) Ortega; 11 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild; brothers-in-law, Owen Erickson and Gordon (Elaine) Marlor; and sister-in-law, Estelle Marlor.

Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, February 1, 2014 at Magna Stake Center, 3084 S. 8400 W.
