Duong Seth

Duong Seth, father, grandfather and great-grandfather passed away on September 23, 2022 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Duong was 92 years old. He was born on June 4, 1930 in Cambodia and married his beloved wife Eo Orn. Duong worked hard throughout his entire life. In 1981, he brought his family to the United States. Together with his wife Eo, they raised their 5 boys.

Duong enjoyed fishing and gardening. Duong always had a large garden which he frequently shared with family and friends.
Duong is preceded in death by his wife EO of 68 years. One brother, and five sisters. Duong is survived by his five sons, Keo and wife Samri, Meang and wife Janette, Peter, Phal and wife Rany, Meng and wife Julie. Thirteen grandkids and eight great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Friday, September 30, 2022 from 6-9 p.m. at Peel Funeral Home, 8525 W. Magna Main St. Graveside services will be held Saturday, October 1, 2022 9 a.m. at the Pleasant Green Cemetery, 9200 W. 3500 S., Magna, UT. Following graveside services there will a Buddhist Ceremony at the Cambodian Community Buddhist Temple, 3325 W. 3800 S. West Valley City, UT 84119.
