Fern Alta Rasmussen Johnson Schain

She walked in beauty and now walks with God. Fern passed away March 1, 2013 in Riverton, Utah. She was born August 11, 1917 in Hunter, Utah to Martin and Ida Hayden Rasmussen.

She was an active member of the LDS Church where she served as Ward Chorister for many years. Fern loved needle point, quilting and many other crafts. She was a lovely lady and believed in everything virtuous, praiseworthy, and of good report. Fern is survived by her son, Rodney Johnson, daughter, Janice Johnson, sisters; Zola Harman Newton, Vee Griswold, Betty Ritter.

Funeral services will be 11 am, Friday March 8, 2013 at Peel Funeral Home, 8525 West 2700 South, Magna. A viewing will be 10-11 am prior to services. Interment: Pleasant Green Cemetery. Online condolences: www.peelfuneralhome.com
