On Sunday March 12th 2023 at 3:33pm, Glen completed his earthly journey at 60 years young, surrounded by his beloved family or “his people” as he would say. Glen was a loving husband, father, grandpa, son, brother, uncle and friend. He loved his people hard and always made sure they knew it.
He was born February 18th, 1963 to Milo and Mavis Wade. He was the third of five siblings and lived most of his life in Magna UT where he met his soul mate and love of his life, Juli. Together, they built a wonderful family with four children; Crystal, Billy, Michael and Jessica. They have fourteen grandchildren and one great grand baby on the way that Glen was eager to meet. He worked as an electrical salesman for many years and then finished his career as a truck driver. Glen was the kind of person that you truly felt his love and adoration when he looked at you. He was a silly grandpa with the grandkids and always made them laugh. His laugh was one of a kind! He had a great sense of humor that shined through until the very end. When you met Glen, he accepted you and made you feel like one of “his people”. He would always try to lend a helping hand to loved ones in need and would put their needs above his own in a heartbeat. Glen enjoyed late night chats reminiscing about the good old days; motorcycle rides, hunting trips, causing trouble with his buddies, playing tricks on his siblings and everything in between. Glen made a large impact on so many lives and the thing that will be remembered most is his love, he loved hard and once you have a spot in his big heart, you’ll feel his love forever.
When he said, “I love my people” he truly meant it!
Glen was welcomed home by many great friends and family members.
Glen is survived by his life partner, Juli Wade; his children, Crystal McOmie, Billy (Marie) Wade, Michael (Aleesha) Wade and Jessica (Zak) Argyle; his parents, Milo and Mavis Wade; his siblings, Audrey (Alvin) Carter, Kathy Wade, Sheila (Mike) Knight and Richie (Jodi) Wade; his 14 grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, friends and extended family.
