July 29, 1964 - May 12, 2013

Jackie Gustin Warr our beloved mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend was surrounded with her loving family and friends as she completed her earthly journey.

She was born July 29, 1964 to Bill and Marva Cook Gustin.

She married Scott Warr (later divorced) and was blessed with her first son, Jacob Scott. She was given the gift of her beautiful daughter, Ashley and her son, Levi with companion Scott Jensen.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and dear friend, Dave Swena. Survived by her children, Jacob Warr (Gaby Mahmood), Ashley Jensen (Joey Sorenson), Levi Jensen (Katelyn Drelinger). Also survived by her siblings, Patty Cook, Bob (Sue) Gustin, Diana (Mitch) Walk, Billie Bell, Vicky (Greg) Schwantes, Glade Gustin; her extended family, Rod and Sue Harms; and many dear friends of whom she considered family.

Jackie appreciated everything in nature, the mountains, deserts, sunsets, wildflowers and the stars. She had a kind soul, giving and loving all. She always saw the good in everyone and was the first to offer help to those in need. She was a great cook and was happiest when sharing time with her children.

She will be dearly missed by many.

A celebration of life will be held in her honor at the Alano Club located at 5056 South 300 West in Murray Utah, Sunday May 19, 2013 from 12:00 p.m.-2:00 p.m. The place where Jackie found Strength, Peace, and received her one year chip of Sobriety.
