Our beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend, Jennifer Lee Omaha passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family on Friday, January 6, 2023. She was born January 24th 1971 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Hank Northrup and Earlina Ewing.
Jennifer, aka Jay or JJ, was loved by many! She loved spending time with family and friends. She loved going camping, hanging out by the fire, and tons of fishing. Jennifer also loved taking trips to Wendover and blowing tons of money, because let's be honest, do we ever win!? Jennifer spent many years working as a lunch lady for Granite School District where they all thought she was the "cool lunch lady"! If you had the chance to know Jennifer then you knew she loved BIG but also had a FEISTY side/ But no matter what she's the life of the party always and forever!!! #momofmany #budlight
Survived by her husband of 35+ years, Ernest Omaha; 4 wonderful children, Gregory, Amanda (Felipe), Sheyenne (Benny), and Ashley (Justin); 7 beautiful grandkids, Jayleen, Lance, Ethan, Jaxson, Reyna, Elias, and Camden. Preceded in death by her parents, Earlina & Frank Lupo; dad, Hank Northrup; and sister, Mary Margret.
A Celebration of Life open house for Jennifer will be held January 21, 2023 from 3 - 6 p.m. at 3520 S. Centennial Rd., Magna, UT 84044. In remembrance of Jennifer please wear purple!
