Jeremy Gavin is the Bob Dylan of today. He strives for controversy and musical melody. His lyrics stir us in uncomfortable and joyous ways. His hands move across the frets like water flowing down effortlessly. Jeremy loves to tickle and spoil his kids Isabel, Lily, and Dylan. His art struck the same chords, dark and daring, but beautiful and refined. He is love, intelligence, laughter, joy, and much needed rain.
On Aug. 20, 2011 his harmony collided with nature after accidentally falling 5 stories he left his body to rock the heavens. Waiting to hear his music in person is Holly Trefethen-Gavin, wife of 12 years on August 30, 1999, his children, his siblings: Jack (Cari), Josh (Jenn), Kallie (Shawn) Lamphier, Linsey and his parents Randy and Mary who gave birth to him on May 14, 1975 beneath the Vermillion Cliffs of Utah.
His life celebration will be Friday, Aug 26th at 6pm at The Black Rock southwest of Saltair and
