JoAnn Gordon Pease Ragsdale

Our beloved mother, grandmother, and sister, JoAnn Gordon Pease Ragsdale passed away March 26, 2015 in Magna, UT. She was born August 24, 1931 in Salt Lake City to Foster Bert and Alice Pugh Gordon. She was fortunate to have married two wonderful men whom both adored her. First, Irvin LeRoy Pease; he passed away January 18, 1961, and after his death she married George William Ragsdale; he passed away December 18, 2002. JoAnn was a great mother and grandmother always giving unconditional love.

She is survived by her children, Shauna (Dan) Peay, Patty (Stan) Tacy, Vickie (Tim) Rhodes, Brenda (Phil) Euson, and Irvin Pease; son-in-law, Ralph Handley; 16 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren; and sisters and brothers, Donna (Richard) Staten, Carol (Delbert) Staten, Judy (Robert) Simon, Lynn Gordon, and Wesley (Linda) Gordon. She was preceded in death by her husbands; parents; daughter, Janet Handley; baby boy, Dennis; and sister, Sarah.

Graveside services will be held 1 p.m. Friday, April 3, 2015 at Valley View Memorial Park, 4400 W. 4100 S. A visitation will be held Friday 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. at Peel Funeral Home, 8525 W. 2700 S.
