Kendra Delaine Turner

Kendra Delaine Jensen Turner passed away peacefully at home in her sleep on March 27,2024. Despite suffering from many health problems, she persevered through them all.  

Kendra was born to Kenneth and Sandra Jensen on February 25,1972, in Salt Lake City, Utah.  

Kendra grew up in Magna, Utah and graduated from Cyprus High School in 1990.   

After graduation, Kendra worked at Key Bank for many years. She moved to West Valley and lived with her best friend Rachael until meeting her husband, Norman.  

Kendra and Norman married in the Bountiful, Utah temple on August 22,1997. She then went on to work as a kindergarten aide for the Granite School District until she had their son Noah, who she loved more than anything. She then became a stay-at-home Mom.  

Kendra loved the color purple, unicorns, chocolate, Winnie the Pooh, playing games, Squishmallows, Dogs (especially her 4 girls), and being sarcastic. She would always have a comeback and sarcastic comment for everything.  

Kendra was very caring and thoughtful. She was loved by many and will be deeply missed.   

Kendra is survived by her husband, Norman Turner; son, Noah Turner; parents, Ken and Sandra Jensen; sister, Kelsey (James) Patterson; and her 4 dogs, Princess, Miya, Lily, and Ollie. 

A viewing will be held Thursday, April 11,2024 from 6pm-8pm at Peel Funeral Home. 8525 West Magna Main Street, Magna, Utah. 

The funeral will be held Friday, April 12,2024 at 1pm at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. 8181 West Breeze Drive (3320 South). With a viewing before from 12pm-12:45pm. There will be no graveside service.
