Kristine Villiard

KRISTINE GILLETT VILLIARD

1956 ~ 2022

In loving memory of Kristine Villiard, who passed away peacefully on February 11, 2022 surrounded by her son, family, and friends in St George UT.

She was born on February 22, 1956 to Ron and Leatha Gillett. She grew up in Magna, UT, where she graduated from Cyprus High School.

Most of her work life she worked at the DMV in the driver's license division. Later in her life, she moved to Beaver Dam, AZ and continued to work for the State of Utah for the school district in St George, UT.

Summertime was her fun time. Some of her summers, she was basking in the sun on a houseboat at lake powell. Many summers she enjoyed the tranquil scenery at Lava hot springs. There she accomplished one of her dreams of owning the Blue Moon bar.  In addition to her summer adventures, she enjoyed visits and spending time with her family and friends. On weekends she enjoyed the fun gatherings with the Red Hat ladies. She would go camping with her son in Duchesne, UT. She loved spending time with her son. They spent countless hours having fun, laughs and talks.

Her greatest blessing was her son. Those two had a very special bond between the two of them.

She is survived by her son, Jason (Wendy), her mother Leatha, her brothers Zane (Jeanine), and David, her sisters Karen (Ron), and Alda

She is preceded in death by her father Ron Gillett, and her brother Russell Gillett.

Kris will be greatly missed!
