Lorraine C. Sutherland

Our beloved mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, Lorraine Curtis Sutherland passed away July 13, 2022 in Herriman, Utah. She was born March 13, 1938 in Magna, Utah to Sylvia Hutchison and DeVirl Phillip Curtis.

Lorraine worked many years as a beautician and travel agent and truly loved to travel, especially to Mexico. She was a very talented artist and painter and enjoyed gardening.

She is survived by her children, Diane (Dave) Mecham and Jason (Cindy) Smith; 10 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren. Preceded in death by parents; son, Phillip Williams; 3 husbands; 5 brothers; and one grandson.

A visitation will be held Monday, July 18, 2022 from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Peel Funeral Home, 8525 W. Magna Main St. Graveside services will be held Monday 1:00 p.m. at Redwood Memorial Estates, 6500 S. Redwood Road.
