Louise Borland Perkins
1924 ~ 2015
Our beautiful mother, grandmother and aunt, Beatrice Louise Borland Perkins left this world July 4, 2015. She was born October 28, 1924 in Magna, UT to Walter M. and Clara Kone Borland. She married her husband of 65 years, Robert “Bob” Lewis Perkins January 24, 1947. Together, they raised four children, Rob (Sue) Perkins, Van Perkins, Guy (Sherrie) Perkins, and Lyndee (Greg) White. They have eleven grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren. She is a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and enjoyed being a member of the Spencer 2nd Ward. She was employed by EIMAC/Varian for 32 years, the last ten years as a production manager of which she was very proud. Louise loved camping, the Good Sam bunch, golfing, snowmobiling, shopping, Yuma swap meets and traveling. She especially and unconditionally loved her family very much. She loved her nieces and nephews and thought of them as her own kids. She will greatly be missed by all that knew her. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband; and all of her siblings, Walter, Tom, Norma, and Alta. A special thank you to the Legacy Village staff for their love and care for our mom. “Bless your gizzards.”
