Martin Alvarez Jr peacefully passed away April 17, 2024. He was born on October 17, 1986, in Pomona, California, but lived the majority of his life in West Valley City, Utah. Growing up he was always a big loud character. Always full of life. He loved all Utah sports team, especially the Utah Utes. You could always expect to see him wearing Utah Utes gear. One of his favorite past times was coaching little league flag football. His greatest accomplishment was his daughter Mia. He loved her so deeply and let everyone know it. Martin is survived by his daughter Mia, grandma Francisca, sister Crystal, aunts Cristina (Juve), Elena (Daniel), Maria (Greg), uncle Luis (Maria), cousins Rafa (Gaby), Stacey (Luis), Ulysses, Bridgette, Melody, Vincent, Dante, nieces Emma, Nataleah, Lucy, Vivian, and nephew Daniel. Martin is preceded in death by his uncle Bertin.
Memorial service will take place Saturday, April 20, 2024 at 11am. LDS Church 6755 W 3800 S West Valley City, Utah, 84128. Following service, a small luncheon at 6307 Lago Grande dr West Valley City, Utah 84128 will take place.
