Nina Colleen Harmon

Nina Colleen Harmon, 79, was born January 23, 1934 she passed from this life the first day of spring March 20, 2013.   She is survived by her devoted and loving husband of 62 years William Blake Harmon, her brother Kenneth Blaine Kidd, children Terry (Dudley) Barnum, Ken (Lisa) Harmon, Marcelle Wilkinson, John (Barbra) Harmon.  Grandchildren (10) Tamera (Tom) Doran, Tonya (David) Flores, Rick (Crystal) Wilkinson, Tyana (James) Ames, Amanda Wilkinson, Brittney Harmon, Michael Harmon, Skyler Harmon, Megan Harmon, and Madison Harmon.  Great-grandchildren (15) Ethan, Rachael, Emily, Lysette, Calvin, Kiernan, Joseph, Crystabella, Lorianne, Alawnwyn, Eden, Brigham, Emma, Makenna, Noah.  She will be greatly missed by family and friends.  She was a faithful member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.  She served joyfully in many church callings.  She loved being a homeroom mother for all her children's classes.  She was an avid doll collector.  She worked at Monta Vista elementary school, loving all the kids she worked with.   One of her favorite things to do was to travel.  She and Blake traveled to Hong Kong, Europe, Mexico, Caribbean, Alaska, Hawaii and RVing all over the United States and Canada.  Services will be held at the The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints at 1835 E. Missouri.  Viewing at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday March 27, 2013 with services following at 7:00 p.m.     For our Utah family and friends services will be Saturday, March 30, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. at Peel Funeral Home, 8525 West 2700 South Magna, Utah.
