Lupe Isaac Najera

Our beloved father, brother, uncle and friend, Popeye passed away on January 29, 2023.

HE was born on September 23, 1989, to Franchesca Vigil and Lupe A. Najera in Salt Lake City, Utah.

He loved his three daughters and his soul mate lacey, they were his world.

Popeye enjoyed racing, watching his favorite tv shows, and loved making people laugh, he was the life of the party. Most of all he loved spending quality time with his lady, girls and family.

Popeye is survived by his loving wife, Lacey; children, Dulcenaia (NayNay), Jocelyn, Jacqlyn and their dog, Layzie; siblings, Melanie, Sandi (Tommy), Amber, Jeremy, Orlando (Britney), Donovan (Lisa), Briauna (Cody) and many amazing nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Franchesca and Lupe; and grandparents, Frank and Alicia.

Services will be held at Peel Funeral Home, 8525 W. 2700 S., on February 11, 2023 from 1pm to 4pm for immediate family. There will be a Celebration of Life, all welcomed, at a later time. The date and location will be announced soon.
