1983 ~ 2015

Our loving son, brother, father, and friend Robert Diego Samora, left us at the young age of 31 on April 5, 2015. Robert was born on Sept. 17, 1983 in Salt Lake City to Jake Sr. and Rosie Samora. Robert was amazing man with a heart of gold. He touched the lives of many and made a lasting impression everywhere he went. He had a smile that could light up a room.

Robert is survived by his parents, his children; Alex and Zya; girlfriend, Rose; siblings; JJ, Tino, Carlos (Trisha), Maria, and Monica; grandmother, Julia; many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Robert is proceeded in death by his grandparents; Pedro Rocha, Ernesto Samora and Cordelia Samora; uncle, Raul Samora; cousin, Vincent Samora; and nephew, Kruz Argyle.

Funeral services will be held Friday April 17, 11:00am at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, 2864 So. 9000 W. Magna, Ut.  Visitation will be held Thurs. April 16 from 6-8, at Peel Funeral Home, 8525 W. 2700 So. and 9:30-10:45 at the church prior to the funeral.
