Samuel "Sammy" Lee

1956 ~ 2021

Sammy was born May 13, 1956 in Salt Lake City, Utah. He passed away peacefully May 2, 2021.  He was raised in Magna Utah, and enjoyed riding his bike to the 7-11 and going to movies. Visiting with family was special for him, especially for holidays when everyone was together.

Special thanks to his nurses and all those who cared for him at the Avalon West Health and Rehabilitation center.

He is preceded in death by his father, Max D. Lee Sr; brother, Kavin D. Lee; grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins.

He is survived by his stepmother, Sharlene Lee; brother, Max D. Lee Jr. (Tonya); and step sister, Debbie Colby (Jim); nieces and nephews.

A small, brief graveside service will be held at the Panguitch City Cemetery at 1:00 PM on Thursday May 6th.
