"Sandee"

Sandra Kay "Sandee" Duckworth Harper left this earth November 11, 2010 due to injuries sustained in an auto accident.  She was born August 13, 1958 in Magna, Utah to her loving parents, Bill and Joan Duckworth.

Sandee loved and lived in Magna all of her life and graduated from Cyprus High School in 1976.  She was an accomplished athlete, swimmer and artist, and never met a challenge she couldn't master.  She worked for Becton Dickinson Medical as an operator.

Sandee was the rock of the family and held them together.  She was one of a kind, an exceptional person with a heart of gold, and had a loving and helping nature even in her hardest times.   She was a mother to us all, and would help others before helping herself.  Sandee was truly a "free spirit".

She will be greatly missed more than words could ever express, yet she will live on in all of us.

She is survived by her Life Partner, Melinda Sullivan; sons, Jamin, Kyle (Dawn), and Jeremy Oliver; parents; siblings, Carl (Sue) Duckworth, Bobby (Terry) Pollock, and Kent Duckworth; grandkids, Shiann, Brittany, Megan, and Lexi; and lifelong friend, Terrie Carlston.

Funeral services will be held 7 p.m. Tuesday, November 16, 2010 at Peel Funeral Home, 8525 W. 2700 S., where friends and family may call Tuesday from 5-6:45 p.m.  Private interment.  Online condolences: www.peelfuneralhome.com
