Sandra Van Ausdal Rasmussen

1947 ~ 2013

Our beloved wife, mother, sister, grandmother, niece and aunt, passed away peacefully June 3, 2013 with her family by her side. Sandra Van Ausdal Rasmussen was born May 28, 1947 in Santaquin, Utah to Jack and Francis Hallett Van Ausdal. She married her best friend and love of her life, Carl Rasmussen on September 21, 1974. Together they raised five children, Alan (Kerrie) Wyler, Linda (Joey) Burns, Tammy Oram, and Brian Rasmussen. She was preceded in death by her son, William Edward Wyler and her parents. Sandra was adored by all, and has 13 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Sandra was a master card-maker, and never forgot a birthday or special occasion. She loved camping, going on walk-abouts, and was an avid rock collector. Special thanks to Dr. Harker and the team at Utah Cancer Specialists.
