1991 ~ 2019

Shannon left our world unexpectedly, the morning of October 19, 2019. Our daughter, sister, fiancée, granddaughter and friend will be greatly missed.
Shannon came into this world on December 12, 1991 and changed our lives forever. She was born at Cottonwood Hospital at 11:16 PM in beautiful Utah.

From day one, Shannon loved animals. This love led her to a career as a Veterinary Technician and volunteer at Tracey Aviary, The Hogle Zoo and Friends In Need Animal Sanctuary. She loved the outdoors, camping, and constantly made her family and friends laugh and filled our hearts with joy. Shannon loved horror movies, especially Nightmare on Elm Street.

She frequently attended Comic Con where she got to meet so many of her idols. She never really liked soup. Shannon met the love of her life, Jeremy Thomas in 7th Grade. They reconnected the summer of 2018 and have been inseparable ever since. Together they had two Fur Babies, Lucy and Bubbles who they adored with all their hearts.

Shannon is survived by her parents, Mark and Melanie; her brothers, Jason (Julie) and Travis (Kylee); sisters, Ashley (Travis) and Lauren (Jaiyme); her fiancé, Jeremy; and her grandmother, Myrna. Shannon had numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

In lieu of flowers we will be gathering donations for Friends In Need Animal Sanctuary to give in Shannon's name. A donation box will be available at Shannon's Celebration Of Life on Saturday October 26, 2019.
