Thomas Dale Bouck “Tommy” passed away February 27, 2018 in West Valley City. He was born August 12, 1966 in Las Vegas, NV to Daniel F. and Barbara Wall Bouck.

Tom was a friend to all and would give a helping hand anywhere needed. He worked for Five Alarm Plumbing.

Tom is survived by his son, Waylon E. Bouck; mother, Barbara Bouck; brothers, Randy (Paula) Bouck and David Bouck; and lots of nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his father, Daniel F. Bouck.
