Victor Gonzalez

“Victor left this world on Wednesday January 10th, 2024. He passed away peacefully at the age of 54 years old in Salt Lake City Utah. Throughout his journey he always managed to hold a level of strength that we will forever admire and look up to. He was an extraordinary provider and hard worker throughout his life. My father had a way of making others laugh as he always found humor is any life circumstance. He faced life’s challenges with great courage and dignity until the very end. 

Victor leaves behind three daughters; Yvette Gonzalez, Ecricelia Gonzalez and Victoria Gonzalez. Along with his grandchildren; Emmanuel Gonzalez, Penelope Cuna, Olivia Gonzalez, Braden Gonzalez and Maximiliano Torres. My father took pride in his role as a grandpa. His grandchildren lit up his life through and through. His efforts to show up for them will always be cherished. For as long as I can remember, a simple joy of his was capturing moments in photos in which in the end leaves us with mounds of memories to look back on. For that, I thank him greatly. 

As Victor lies down to rest he reunites with his beloved mother, and his brother and sister. 

Lord, if roses grow in heaven, pick a bunch for me and place them in our father’s peaceful hands and tell him they are from us. Hold him in your arms and allow him to be comfortable and at peace with what he has accomplished. The world he leaves behind will remember his strength as life goes on. “
